I started in the hair extension industry over 15 years ago. Since then
I have built a million dollar extension business and trained thousands of extension technicians across North America.
The one thing I noticed with our students was that most of them loved hair and the beauty industry but they really struggled with the business, sales and marketing part.
I found the most successful students weren't the best at extensions but they were just better at marketing themselves. That is why I decided to create Hair Flair Academy. A learning platform designed for hair extension artists to learn the skills they need to grow a profitable and successful business. I want to show you that the business and marketing part is actually easy when you have the right guidance and tools. Oh and I'll give you tons of helpful extension info too!
